Base electronic block provides::

• forming and commutation of starting impulses for probing impulse generator and for strobe impulse generator, which are a part of the measurment block;
  
• supplying energy for gauges;
  
• commutation, amplificatiom and transferring of reflectograms incoming from gauges to the personal computer for the further processing.

Base block is connected to the personal computer with multi-conductor cable, and to each of gauges with high-frequency coaxial cable. One base block can manage up to 24 gauges.

Base block consists of::

• commutation block;
  
• power supply block.

Measuring transformer is a gauge with electronic block, which is designated for generating and receiving of probing and reflected signals.

The gauges are assembled directly before installing into controllable capacity. For their assembling screw connections are used only. Fire treatment for gauge assembling and installation in capacity is needless.



A hermetic container with electronic board is located on the top of the gauge.
The bottom end of the gauge reaches the bottom of capacity or does not get to it.


The gauge installed in capacity, is a simple and strong mechanical structure steady against mechanical forces.

A wide range of gauge design allows to manufacture them with minimal cost, convenient and reliable in operation and to use them practically for any types of liquids and designs of capacities.

Possible constructions of gauges:

• steel angles separated with isolating material;
  
• two metal straps separated with isolating material;
  
• pipe with a metal core inside ( coaxial construction);
  
• pipe with two metal cores inside (triaxial construction);
  
• metal strap separated from a border of the reservoir with isolating material.

The gauge is connected to the base block with one coaxial cable, which provides power supplying and transfers control, probing and informative signals (reflectograms).
